Pressure and Temperature Testing System

The highly integrated Temperature and Pressure Testing System is engineered to meet the 

demanding requirements for steady-state interstage pressure measurement in compressor 

test rigs. Combining high-performance hardware with advanced software, it delivers a complete 

and reliable data acquisition solution for complex flow field analysis.

The system integrates a 96-channel pressure scanners and a 32-channel temperature 

scanner, providing high-density measurement point coverage. The pressure scanner 

supports both gauge and absolute pressure modes, with multiple ranges (±2.5/±10/±15 psi) 

and an accuracy of 0.05% FS. It is compatible with gases, liquids, and gas-liquid mixtures, 

making it suitable for challenging test conditions. The temperature scanner accepts multiple 

thermocouple types (K, T, E, J, S, R, B), with per-channel sensor configurability. Both valves 

communicate via TCP/IP, ensuring fast and stable data transfer.

A key component of the system is DTSoft, a powerful data acquisition and processing software 

package developed in C#. It efficiently manages synchronized data from all 128 channels and offers:
