The DAS-P16 pressure scanner integrates 16 high-precision silicon piezoresistive sensors
and features system-level temperature compensation. It is suitable for multipoint pressure
measurement of gases, liquids and gas-liquid mixtures, with customization available
for measuring special media such as hydrogen. The device supports multiple measurement
modes including absolute, gauge, and differential pressure, with an accuracy of ±0.05% FS.
The sensors are specially treated for robustness.
It supports 24-bit AD conversion, with a maximum single-channel sampling rate of
0–10,080 Hz and synchronous acquisition across all 16 channels, meeting dynamic pressure
measurement requirements. The device utilizes the TCP communication protocol and NTP
clock synchronization, ensuring multi-unit synchronization during operation. Data can be
timestamped for reliable traceability and lossless transmission.
The accompanying DTsoft software, developed in C#, provides functions such as waveform
display, channel selection, calibration, video monitoring, data storage and computation and
threshold setting, and supports SDK integration. The DAS-P16 can be networked with other
GENSORS testing devices (such as the DAS-T temperature scanner) to form a
multi-parameter distributed data acquisition system.
